Hey love,
Last week we talked about the beauty and power of reevaluating—how freeing it can be to let go of what no longer fits and make space for more peace.
This week, I want to talk about something a little deeper: that fire inside of us.
The part of us that loves to feel productive, purposeful, and alive. The part that thrives on movement, progress, creativity, and contribution.
You know what I mean—that exhilarating feeling when everything is clicking, momentum is flowing, and life just feels right.
I don’t know if you’re like me, but I live for those moments.
I love when I feel like I’m soaring through the air—free, aligned, unstoppable—and everything connected to me is soaring too.
But every now and then, something snags.
Something unexpected happens, a detour pops up, or I hit a patch of emotional turbulence.
And just like that, I’m pulled sideways. Off balance. The lightness I was just enjoying feels heavy and hard to carry.
And if I’m being honest, that’s when my pride kicks in.
That voice that says, “You should be able to handle this. You should be able to do it all.”
But the truth is… I can’t. And I’m not supposed to.
Because when I step back and really look at it, I realize it’s not that I’ve failed—it’s that I’ve simply taken on too much.
Lately, I’ve been practicing being a “yes man” to the things that truly matter.
Not every shiny idea, not every opportunity, not every brilliant plan that pops into my head in the middle of the night. Just the things that feel aligned with my purpose, my peace, and my current season.
And let me tell you—it’s taken some discipline.
Because while my personality thrives in the beauty of a full and busy life, it doesn’t take long before my body, mind, and soul all whisper… “Umm… this is too much.”
So I’m learning—little by little—that being intentional doesn’t make me less passionate.
It actually makes my passion sustainable.
Being wise with my energy is a skill I’m practicing, and it’s helping me channel my drive into the things that matter most—without burning out in the process.
So I want to ask you this today:
How are you doing with being intentional with your beautiful power and drive?
Are you soaring right now—or feeling tugged in too many directions?
What would it feel like to channel that same passion, but in a way that helps your body thrive too?
You have such a powerful spirit. And when you choose to use that strength with wisdom and love, you become even more radiant.
You don’t have to prove anything, beautiful friend. Just be. Align. Choose with care.
And give yourself permission to protect your energy and fly at a pace that honors your whole self.
I’m here cheering you on every step of the way.
With love always,
Diana đź’›
